New Hampshire Ice Climbing — The Classics

North Conway is the hot bed for ice climbing in New England. Classics like the Black Dike, Repentance and Dracula pull in climbers during New Hampshire's long winter seasons. Crawford Notch, typically called Frankenstein, is the home of dozens of steep path such as Standard Right and Drop Line that were the basic back in the late 60's and early 70's, but still stay hard test pieces.
